TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Estimates and Orders
- 
All estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. 
- 
A deposit of 80% is required to confirm an order. This deposit is non-refundable for custom work once started but may be applied to the final balance for in-stock items. 
- 
Order confirmation will be sent by email and will supersede all prior communications. 
- 
Changes to confirmed orders must be submitted in writing within [2] days. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may incur additional costs. 
2. Fabrics and Materials
- 
We recommend using fabrics we provide to ensure suitability for curtain, blinds and upholstery. 
- 
If you choose to supply your own fabric, we are not responsible for its performance, including color variations, shrinkage, or suitability for the project. 
- 
Additional fabric maybe required to account for pattern matching and cutting waste. 
3. Delivery and Lead Times
- 
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the project and availability of materials. 
- 
We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible. 
- 
Delivery fees will apply and will be quoted at the time of estimate. 
4. Payment
- 
Full payment is due prior to delivery or upon installation completion. 
- 
We accept cash and direct transfer. 
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- 
We offer a warranty of 5 years on our workmanship. This warranty covers repairs to any defects caused by our work. 
- 
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or fading due to sun exposure are not covered under warranty. 
- 
Fabric warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. 
6. Cancellations and Returns
- 
Custom upholstery and soft furnishings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once work begins. 
- 
In-stock items may be returned within 5 days for a full refund, provided they are in original condition and packaging. 
7. Liability
- 
We are not liable for any delays caused by factors outside our control, such as material availability or shipping issues. 
- 
We are not responsible for damage to your furniture or property caused by pre-existing conditions or improper use.

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns.
